Michael Fullan is Professor of Policy Studies at Ontario Institute of
Education, University of Toronto. He is recognized as an international
authority on education reform. His ideas for managing change are used in
many countries, and his books have been published in several languages.
His latest books are The Moral Imperative of School Leadership,
Leadership & Sustainability, Learning Places (with Clif St. Germain),
and Beyond Turnaround Leadership. In April 2004, he was appointed
Special Adviser on Education to the Premier and Minister of Education in
Ontario. He is currently engaged in several system wide reforms in
Ontario, Australia, England, and the United States.

Clif St. Germain has spent three decades helping schools and other
organizations design learning environments that maximize individual
potential. He received his PhD in Curriculum and Instruction at the
University of Texas at Austin, served as principal in two model schools,
and now works as an author, lecturer, consultant, and director of The
Center for Academic Excellence in Mandeville, Louisiana. Clif also
designs learning materials for struggling students and helps school
leaders create programs that improve learner performance. He consults
with school districts and business leaders across the country to promote
learning, leadership, and personal development. His book, StudyWhiz
teaches a leaning process that deepens student engagement and organizes

A former teacher, special education director, assistant
superintendent, and adjunct college professor, Dr. Belinda Mothershed is
a veteran educator, who served schools in Tennessee, Arkansas, and
Mississippi for 31 years. She received a B.S. in Special Education from
Memphis State University, a M.Ed. in Special Education and Ph.D. in
Educational Leadership from the University of Mississippi. She has
served on numerous state of Mississippi education committees in regard
to special education, federal programs, testing and assessment, and
professional development issues. She has presented at state, regional,
and national conferences. She has helped develop several training
modules for the state of Mississippi in the areas of testing and
assessment and professional development and has served on numerous state
committees on educational issues. Dr. Mothershed has her own educational
consulting firm. As a consultant Dr. Mothershed has worked in school
districts state-wide in a variety of areas. |

Dale Hair has over 30 years of experience in education as a
classroom teacher, staff developer, and consultant. While at
Southeastern Louisiana University, she coordinated a statewide
leadership development program for beginning principals from 1993-2001.
The National Staff Development Council recognized her in 1998 as a
Distinguished Staff Developer, and honored her in 2003 with the
Distinguished Service Award. She holds a Masters and Specialist Degree
in Reading, and certification in Supervision, Principalship, and Gifted
Education. She currently lives in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, where
her husband is a marketing professor at Kennesaw State University. She
has one son who is grown and married. |

Bill Schroyer has spent the last thirty-five years helping schools,
school districts and state departments of education with testing issues.
He received a Ph.D. in Educational Research and Measurement, served as
an Associate Professor and taught elementary and middle school gifted
math classes. Bill has also worked as an educational consultant for the
ESEA Title I Technical Assistance Center for Region VI. During the past
seven years, Bill has directed Schroyer Psychometric Services, an
educational consulting firm in Mandeville, Louisiana that specializes in
effective uses of test data. He is currently researching innovative
reporting formats of disaggregated test data that help schools meet and
exceed modern accountability standards. |

Lee McMillan, MBA, is the Administrator of The Center for Academic
Excellence. The Center is an educational support facility designed to
provide personalized service to individuals who wish to 1) improve their
performance in school, 2) assess their aptitudes, 3) select appropriate
educational programs or 4) enhance their well-being. The Center also
provides educational seminars for teachers and counseling and support
for families in need. Lee is responsible for maintaining adequate staff
to meet The Center's needs. Lee directs The Center's billing and
accounting and oversees all daily operations.
As a graduate of the College of Business in Marketing, Lee utilizes her
marketing skills to promote Dr. Clif St. Germain's seminars, the
educational services of The Center, StudyWhiz products in schools and
organizations throughout the nation, and to help promote Learning
Places. Lee's responsibilities also include client relations, market
research and the development of new products and services for The
Center, Learning Places and StudyWhiz. |
